Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. is an accommodation agency specialising in providing Host Accommodation in London and surrounding areas. We provide accommodation for those working, studying or visiting London, for individuals or group bookings.

Host accommodation is usually situated within 15-45 minutes travelling time of Central London using London Underground and British Rail, depending on which travel zone you choose. Most Hosts are also situated within walking distance of bus stops, British Rail stations or a London Underground station.

A personal service is offered to each student/guest, allowing you to state your preferences (e.g. quiet house, use of kitchen, no pets, plenty of conversation, dietary requests, areas of London, amenities available within the accommodation etc.)

Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. does its best to satisfy these requirements. The aim of Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. is to locate all those students/guests attending the same institution to a similar area, and on the most convenient form of London Transport or British Rail. Consequently, the students/guests (and their parents) have the security of knowing that when they arrive in London they will have somewhere safe, clean and affordable to live.

All hosts, before being placed on our database, have completed a “Declaration regarding suitability to work with children” Act 1989 as we have experience of dealing with under 18s down to the age of three. We also carry out DBS Enhanced Checks when needed.

As we supply all homestay accommodation for a number of English Language Schools, which include schools specifically for students aged from 11 years, we have yearly inspections carried out by the British Council for the schools we work with and have successfully ensured that the schools have maintained their accreditation. To do this we have to carry out enhanced DBS checks. Not only do we visit our hosts every two years as requested by the British Council, we also visit them every six to twelve months to ensure high standards are kept.

All hosts are personally known to us and visited by a member of staff from Perfect Host Homestay Ltd and should you encounter any problems during your stay you can contact the Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. office to discuss your difficulties. If necessary, a new homestay will be found for you. All students/guests, before arrival, will receive two emergency contact numbers on their confirmation letter for any problems occurring out of office hours.

For group bookings we can provide homestays within close proximity of each other at discounted rates, but we will appreciate as much advance notice as possible to ensure bookings can be made and secured.
